It’s common for an entrepreneur to believe that they need to do everything themselves. If they don’t do it, it won’t get done, or won’t get done correctly.

“Why should I do it?” – is a question the business owner should be asking continuously. As soon as they start delegating work, good things start to happen:

  • They free their time to evaluate strategy.
  • They have more time to think.
  • They have more time to define a growth path for the enterprise.

A busy leader doesn’t always equal an effective leader.
