As we rapidly move into the second month of 2015, you’re no doubt already back into full swing and the December break long forgotten.
How are you tracking with your goals and resolutions? One of the most important processes for achievement is “review” and “adjustment”. This is done to ensure that you have the right items in your to do list to achieve your goals.
Your daily to do list should be filling and taking care of itself. You’re likely doing a daily review and planning your tasks for that day. But one of the most powerful items is a monthly goal review. This is a 30 minute meeting with yourself where you look at your goal list and update completed items and create next actions for each goal.
This simple review process goes a long way to ensuring your long term goals are met.
